The living room also includes a gas fireplace, sofa sleeper, and sliding glass door that leads to the balcony with 4 hightop chairs and a table for relaxing outside.

Mountainside is a quiet complex that borders the National Forest, Ten Mile Recreation Trail, the Blue River bike path; access hiking and recreation trails in just 200 yards. Summer or winter, enjoy the stroll along the sidewalk lined path just five blocks to Frisco Main St and free Summit Stage Bus stop. Frisco is a quaint, historic mining town with great dining and shopping opportunities, and is centrally located in the heart of Summit County; with direct access to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin, Beaver Creek, Loveland, and Vail.
