The Village at Breckenridge offers Ski-In Ski-Out and the absolute best location in Breckenridge. Uniquely located at the base of Peak 9 with ski school and Quicksilver lift just steps away. Breckenridge's Victorian Main Street is right across the street with access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, activities and town events. A stay here gives you access to the guest health club, which features cardiovascular and weight training equipment, along with the indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs.
Just a short walk from the elevator to your studio the space has everything you need to ski or enjoy summer outdoor activites. The main space of the studio has a double bed, and a seating area with a sofa that folds out into a sofa sleeper. The bathroom is designed so more than 1 individual can get ready at the same time with privacy. Shower/bath has a door between the sink area as does the toilet area. The kitchen is the perfect size for a studio apartment, plenty of counter space to prep meals, with a full size refrigerator and stove to cook and store food.
The health club has undergone a full renovation in 2021 - early 2022! The pool, hot tubs, exercise facility, and restrooms are open as of February 11, 2022. The sauna is expected to be completed in late February or early March. There may be some closures to complete work through the spring of 2022.
With the fabulous location of this studio, you can walk to Main St and access the slopes just outside the condo. A car is not required if you plan to take a ski shuttle from the airport. For those driving a vehicle to Breckenridge, CRMR has a reserved space in the secure parking garage next to the Village at Breckenridge. Parking is $25 per night.
